It will be a clean and proper public office, as a civil`s landmark and garden. We suggest a tax office with stories and nature as a gathering place for citizens.
사람들은 우물이 항상 맑고 마르지않기를 바랬다. 이러한 우물처럼 변하지 않고 생활의 중심으로서 편리한 세무관서를 만들고자 하였다. 시민들의 랜드 마크이자 정원으로서 시민이 주인이 되는 반듯하고 올바른 공공청사가 될 것이다. 시민들이 모이는 공간으로서 이야기와 자연이 있는 세무서를 제시한다.
