Choji-dong has a high cultural preservation value as a coastal hub with a starry castle, a coastal castle to prevent external invasion.
Designed as an iconic exterior design plan through the organic shaping of the Choji Cultural Heritage Stars, the West Coast where the Suin Line, Shinansan Line, and Incheon KTX will build a lattice rail line along with the current Ansan Line (Line 4) and Seohae Line (Sosa ~ Wonsi Line) To provide a hub for transportation.
초지동은 외침을 막기 위한 해안성곽인 별망성지가 있는 해안요충지로서의 문화적 보존가치가 높은 곳이다.
초지 문화유산 별망성지의 유기적 형상화를 통한 상징적 외관 디자인계획으로 현재의 안산선(4호선), 서해선(소사~원시선)과 함께 향후 수인선, 신안산선, 인천발 KTX가 격자형 철도노선을 구축하는 서해안 교통의 허브를 제공하고자 한다.
